Your Second Visit to Our Ann Arbor Practice

On your report visit we explain what we found and how we may be able to help you.

After we study your health history and correlate your examination and x-ray findings we will formulate a plan designed to get and keep your health.  We call this a Report of Findings.  At the Report of Findings meeting we will explain what we found and how we may be able to help you.

The Report of Findings is usually attended to on your second visit which may be later the same day or the following day.  This 2-visit approach accomplishes several things:

  • Reduces the length of your first visit
  • Gives us time to correlate our findings
  • Avoids overloading you with too much information

If you choose to accept care, an adjustment will be given.  This appointment will take approximately 15-20 minutes.  We will discuss options and answer any questions.

Dr. Tim Asks some important questions of interest to Ann Arbor residents - Chiropractor Ann Arbor Dr. Tim Asks...

Will chiropractic adjustments make my spine too loose?
No. Only the spinal joints that are fixated and "locked up" receive attention. The occasional spinal joint that moves too much is passed over so weakened muscles and ligaments can strengthen and heal.
Why are frequent visits advised when starting chiropractic care?
Consistent visits at the beginning of your chiropractic care help create the momentum necessary to correct and retrain unhealthy spinal patterns. Later, Ann Arbor patients find that continued care on a less frequent visit schedule can help preserve their progress and avoid a relapse.
